Tenax Solido 1 Litre Epoxy Filler – Bianco White Tenax Solido is a high quality polyester mastic used to horizontally repair, rebuild, glue and fill marble and quartz surfaces. Tenax Solido will cure shiny and is very polishable. Not suitable for temperatures below 0-C. Recommended for interior use. Other colours available. Instructions: Make sure the surface to be treated is dry, clean and free of dust. If colouring, add the colouring paste to the resin before mixing it with the catalyst. An excess of colouring paste may affect the final product so use caution. Mixing ratio resin to catalyst is 100:2-3% in weight. Stir vigorously and apply. Do not place unused product back in the can. • The substrate to be tiled must be hard PCC or IPS substrate without undulations & levelling. 
• The surface to be tiled should be sound and thoroughly cleaned. Surface should be free from wax, grease, polish etc.
• Add 3 to 3.5 parts of powder to 1 part of water. 
• Mix with a trowel or slow speed drills (50 - 100 rpm) until a lump free homogeneous paste is obtained. 
• Always mix the required quantity, which can be consumed within 60 min. pot life. 
• Leave mixture for 5 min. before using. } Spread the adhesive to a thickness of approx. 3-6 mm and comb with a notched trowel. Strictly apply the adhesive paste which can be tiled within 10 to 15 mins. 
• Intermittently touch the adhesive paste on substrate by finger. If the adhesive sticks to fingers then continue tiling and if not scrape off the adhesive and apply new coat. 
• Start placing the tiles on the surface to be tiled. Tap the tiles properly to ensure complete coverage of the backside of tiles and to eliminate the possibility of any air voids. 
• Keep joints between two-tiles using spacers. 
• Start filling joints only after 24 hrs.with Roff Rainbow Tile Mate.
